Almond Vinaigrette Dressing

Vinaigrette dressings are easy to make and a much, much better alternative to store bought bottled dressings.  This almond Tossed Salad and Salad Dressingsvinaigrette dressing is really super easy and adds a little protein and crunch to your salad.

INGREDIENTS:

2 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Almonds

3 Tbsp. Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Coconut Vinegar (or any vinegar other than white)

 

DIRECTIONS:

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Let set for at least 10 minutes to blend flavors.
