Banana Maple Cashew Smoothie

This is a super simple recipe that I made the other day as my lunch carbs.  So yummy!

1 Frozen Banana  *Always peel bananas before freezing.

1 oz. Raw Cashews

8 oz. Maple Yogurtbanana

Sprinkle of cinnamon, ginger, and mineral salt as desired.

Place all ingredients in blender (one that can grind frozen stuff) and blend.  Add almond or coconut milk to make thinner.
