Herb Yogurt Dressing

Since I love yogurt and don’t like bottled dressings because almost all have omega-6 rich oils (the bad kind), I found this recipe to be a great choice for salads or even putting it over cooked veggies or meat.

In a blender or food processor, combine:

Home made salad dressing of ranch with seasonings

1 C. Fresh Herbs (any that you like and will go together)

1/4 C. Lemon or Lime Juice

1/4 C. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

1/4 C. Full Fat Grass-Fed Yogurt

1 Medium Garlic Clove

1/4 Tsp. Salt

1/8 Tsp. Pepper

Puree until smooth.
