Melon Sorbet

cantaloupeCantaloupes are getting ripe now.  Honeydew is also getting ripe.  So, why not try a fun recipe that combines both melons?  Melon sorbet.  Easy and tasty.  And healthy.  One cup of cantaloupe contains about 75% of the RDA for vitamin C and nearly as much potassium as a banana.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Cantaloupe, diced

2 Tbsp Lime Juice, divided

2 Tsp Honey, divided

1 Cup Honeydew, diced

DIRECTIONS:

In blender, combine all ingredients. Freeze for a minimum of one hour.
