Watermelon Coconut Cooler

Slice of WatermelonWe love cold, fruity drinks in the summer!  And watermelon is definitely a summer sensation.  The addition of coconut to watermelon makes you feel like you’re getting a tropical treat.  Watermelon and coconut are good for you, but be aware that there is still quite a bit of sugar in this drink.  Use this drink after an outdoor workout in the hot sun or after any activity that you lost a lot of sweat since coconut water contains electrolytes to replace the minerals you sweated out.

INGREDIENTS:

3 Cups Chilled Watermelon, cubed

1 Cup of Plain Coconut Water

Squeeze of Fresh Lime

Ice, as desired

DIRECTIONS:

In blender, combine all ingredients.
