Lunch Meat Wraps

Many of us are used to sandwiches for lunch, but when you go low carb or are trying to avoid gluten and/or grains, sandwiches may no longer be a lunch option.  However, you can enjoy lunch meat wraps.  You just need to be sure to use high-quality meat (preferably organic, pastured, uncured… if you find it).  deli meat

 

Adjust to the quantities that you desire.  Come up with your own combinations.  Here are some ingredient options:

Sliced deli meat (thicker sliced is better)

Spinach leaves, lettuce, other green leafy stuff

Sliced tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, olives, avocado

Cheese (preferably grass-fed or the highest quality you find)

Chopped nuts or fruit

Herbs and spices

 

Lay out sliced meat.  Add on desired ingredients in amounts that allows you to roll up the meat and eat like a wrap.
