Turkey Sausage Patties

file000953724195In an effort to get more protein at breakfast for people who are on the go, but still want real food, these sausage patties are super easy to make and can be made ahead and then warmed up (or eaten cold). You can also use any ground meat that you like in this recipe. And you can also eat them for lunch or dinner. Increase the spices if this isn’t spicy enough for you (it tends to be a bit mild).

INGREDIENTS:

1 Lb. Ground Dark Turkey Meat
1/2 Tsp. Ground Ginger
3/4 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Poultry Seasoning or Dried Sage
1/4 Tsp. Red Pepper
3/4 Tsp. Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients into bowl. Form small patties and fry in pan in butter or coconut oil.
