You can print out free guides regarding specific foods and supplements and reference them regularly. Buying guides for food, supplements, and some healthy lifestyle products are also here and will be updated on a regular basis to include new items.
Be sure to read all about the anti-inflammatory diet that I recommend anyone with chronic inflammation (or anyone seeking fat loss or better health) try for at least four weeks. You’ll learn which foods are on the diet, and then you can go over to the recipes section for recipes containing only foods on the anti-inflammatory diet.
