What does a Health Coach do? She will use a variety of tools and training to assist you in the areas of nutrition, fitness, fat loss, wellness, disease management, stress, sleep, energy, work/life balance, and environment. She can assist you in putting all these things together to achieve a permanent healthy and fit lifestyle.

Your individual needs and your level of personal commitment to achieving your health and fitness goals will determine what service/package is right for you.

Let me help you make that first important step.

All potential clients will complete a consultation form and receive a one hour consultation in either nutrition/wellness or exercise/fitness or a two hour consultation in both areas. The initial consultation can be used as a tool to help you decide how much further assistance you need in creating your new healthy lifestyle.

Initial Nutrition/Wellness Consultation – $50

One hour coaching session after completion of consultation form that includes discussion of wellness concerns, dietary concerns, supplement counseling, and nutrition program goal setting.

Initial Exercise/Fitness Consultation – $50

One hour coaching session after completion of consultation form that includes exercise history and attitudes, discussion of any injury, range of motion limitations, or other physical barriers, and fitness goal setting.

Initial Consultation Nutrition/Fitness Combo – $90

Two hour consultation combining above listed nutrition and fitness services.

Ongoing Services

Available after Initial Consultation (based on information and goal setting obtained during consultation):

Health Coaching – $45/hr

Support provided to help client meet goals with type of support based on goals.

Personal Coaching Packages:
  • 3 month commitment – $250 per month to include one weekly 90 minute session and text and e-mail support as needed – Limited Availability
  • 6 month commitment – $225 per month to include one weekly 90 minute session and text and e-mail support as needed – Limited Availability
  • 12 month commitment – $200 per month to include one weekly 90 minute session and text and e-mail support as needed – Limited Availability
